GetFarmLinked is a listing directory only. All payments, transactions, and financial arrangements are made directly between buyers and sellers. GetFarmLinked does not collect, hold, process, or guarantee any funds. We are not responsible for any financial disputes, fraud, or losses arising from transactions between users. Buyers and sellers should exercise their own due diligence before completing any purchase.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using GetFarmLinked, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use this platform.
2. What GetFarmLinked Is
GetFarmLinked is an online marketplace directory connecting buyers and sellers of livestock and farm equipment, primarily serving Missouri. We provide the platform for listings — we are not a party to any transaction and do not guarantee the accuracy of listing information.
3. Listings & Content
Sellers are responsible for the accuracy of their listings. You may not post listings for illegal items, prohibited animals, or content that is misleading or fraudulent. All listings are reviewed by our moderation team before going live. We reserve the right to reject or remove any listing at our discretion.
4. User Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. We may suspend or ban accounts that violate these terms.
5. No Warranty
GetFarmLinked is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee continuous availability of the service, especially during the beta period.
6. Limitation of Liability
GetFarmLinked and its owners shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of this platform, including but not limited to losses from transactions between users.
7. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of GetFarmLinked after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
