Payments during beta
During beta, GetFarmLinked is a marketplace platform that helps buyers and sellers connect. Online payments are not currently live — payment and transportation are arranged directly between buyers and sellers. GetFarmLinked does not collect, hold, process, or guarantee any funds during beta, and is not responsible for privately arranged payment disputes. Always exercise your own due diligence before completing a purchase.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using GetFarmLinked, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use this platform.
2. What GetFarmLinked Is
GetFarmLinked is an online marketplace connecting buyers and sellers of livestock and farm equipment across America. We provide the platform for listings — we are not a party to any transaction and do not guarantee the accuracy of listing information. GetFarmLinked does not inspect, own, guarantee, transport, or take custody of any livestock or equipment.
3. Your responsibilities
Sellers are responsible for the accuracy of their listings. Buyers are responsible for their own due diligence. Both parties are responsible for confirming animal health records, ownership, movement and permit requirements, transportation, payment terms, and final sale terms. Nothing on this site is legal, veterinary, tax, financial, or transportation advice.
4. Future payments & transportation
GetFarmLinked may later offer optional online payments through a third-party payment processor (such as Stripe) and may charge a clearly disclosed platform fee. If online payments are enabled, the applicable payment terms, fees, refunds, disputes, chargebacks, and payout timing will be presented before you use them. Transportation support may be offered in the future through third-party partners. GetFarmLinked does not guarantee the availability, timing, price, or outcome of any future payment or transportation feature unless a formal service is explicitly provided.
5. Listings & Content
Sellers are responsible for the accuracy of their listings. You may not post listings for illegal items, prohibited animals, or content that is misleading or fraudulent. All listings are reviewed by our moderation team before going live. We reserve the right to reject or remove any listing at our discretion.
6. User Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. We may suspend or ban accounts that violate these terms.
7. No Warranty
GetFarmLinked is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee continuous availability of the service, especially during the beta period.
8. Limitation of Liability
GetFarmLinked and its owners shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of this platform, including but not limited to losses from transactions between users.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of GetFarmLinked after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
